About me
I am a chartered doctor of psychology running my private practice in central Dublin. I have several years of experience working in the fields of psychology and social work. I work with individuals and relationships and specialise in the areas of relationships, sexuality & intersectionality.
My approach to therapy and workshops are grounded in person-centered and emotion focused principles. During workshops I lean on my psychological knowledge and clinical experience to bring scientific and evidence based understanding and techniques to repair conflict and overcome power dynamics.
